- Support our presence in the region through conferences, private roundtables, workshops, and briefings for institutional audiences.
- Help identify and develop partnerships that expand Ethereum’s institutional footprint across key APAC markets.
- Gather market feedback and institutional demand, and translate it into insights that inform our broader strategy.
- Support the creation of content, briefings, and thought leadership tailored to institutional stakeholders in Asia-Pacific.
- Connect institutions with relevant Ethereum ecosystem participants, including infrastructure providers, researchers, and application-layer teams.
- Contribute to fundraising, sponsorship, and partner development across the region.

- Professional fluency in Mandarin or another major regional language, in addition to English, is required.
- Meaningful exposure to digital assets, blockchain, or Web3, ideally through institutional product, partnership, or market-development work.
- A developing network across APAC institutional finance, ideally with contacts in Hong Kong and/or Japan.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent Ethereum Institutional in both private meetings and public industry forums.
- Experience supporting workshops, roundtables, and relationship-driven engagements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating independently across a geographically diverse region.
